THE WORK

Strategic Partnership, Not Just Tasks

MANAGED EA PARTNERSHIPS
You work with our team to support 1-3 clients. You’re the primary EA with team backup for PTO, sick days, and overflow.

 

Typical responsibilities:
Executive support (calendar, email, meeting prep), client & project management, operations & systems optimization, content & marketing coordination, strategic problem-solving & process improvement.

 

DIRECT-TO-HIRE PLACEMENTS
We recruit, vet, and train you—then place you directly with a CEO parent client. You become their employee with 90-day transition support from us.

ARE YOU A FIT?​

We're looking for EAs who:​

  • Have 3+ years of EA/VA experience (supporting entrepreneurs or executives)
  • Are based in the US (aligned time zones and cultural context)
  • Think strategically, not just tactically (anticipate needs vs. wait for instructions)

Can I work with multiple clients?

 Yes! Most EAs in our Managed Partnership track support 2-3 clients.

 We work across various platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools, CRMs, scheduling software). You don’t need to know them ALL, but comfort with tech is essential.

 We re-match. Our goal is long-term success, not quick placements.

 Depends on client needs and your availability. Most placements are 20-40 hours/week. You tell us your capacity and we match accordingly.

No. We focus on US-based EAs for aligned time zones, cultural context, and seamless communication.

Absolutely! Many EAs start with 1-2 clients (20 hours/week) and scale as they’re ready.

We provide backup coverage so your clients are never left hanging.
