By accessing or using the Systems to Scale website (“Site”) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

5. SERVICES & PRODUCTS

Description: We offer coaching, consulting, virtual assistant services, courses, and digital products. Descriptions of services are provided on the Site and are subject to change. Booking & Payment:
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as indicated.
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy:
  • Strategy Sessions: Non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling allowed with 48 hours’ notice.
  • VIP Intensives & Coaching Programs: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if no services have been rendered.
  • Digital Products: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • EA Services: Covered under separate service agreements. See service-specific terms.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows forfeit payment.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings on time
  • Actively participate in coaching or consulting sessions
  • Implement recommendations at your own discretion and risk
  • Communicate promptly regarding any concerns or issues

7. NO GUARANTEES

While we strive to provide valuable coaching, consulting, and services, we make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes.

Your success depends on various factors, including your effort, implementation, business model, market conditions, and other variables beyond our control.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systems to Scale and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Systems to Scale and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We respect your confidentiality. Any information shared during coaching or consulting sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law or with your consent.

Client Testimonials:

By providing a testimonial, you grant us permission to use your name, business name, and testimonial in our marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law:

Arbitration:
